Yashaswi Participates in CMFRI “Cleaner and Greener India” Walkathon for Sustainability

On 24 September 2024, Yashaswi Fish Meal and Oil Company, serving as the Lead and a key member of the Steering Committee for the Small Pelagic Purse Seine Fisheries – Karnataka State Fishery Improvement Project (FIP), actively contributed to a national initiative organized by the Central Marine Fisheries Research Institute (CMFRI). The program, titled “Cleaner and Greener India,” was designed as a walkathon to promote environmental awareness and the importance of sustainable practices within coastal communities.

The walkathon brought together participants from various sectors, including local fishermen, community members, students, and industry representatives.
